Linklaters Warsaw office to transfer to Addleshaw Goddard

Linklaters and its Warsaw partners have entered an agreement for the transfer of Linklaters’ Warsaw office to Addleshaw Goddard.

Linklaters will continue to operate its Warsaw-based Linklaters Service Delivery Centre which supports the firm’s operations globally.

The transaction is anticipated to be completed on 30 April 2025 subject to Addleshaw Goddard and Linklaters partner votes.
