Linklaters wins five key awards at TMT Finance M&A EMEA Awards 2025, demonstrating excellence and leadership in digital infrastructure

Linklaters won Europe Data Centre Deal of the Year and Legal Advisory Trailblazer for its work advising Vantage Data Centers on its €2.5bn investment partnership with a consortium of investors led by MEAG, Infranity, and DigitalBridge. This deal sets a precedent for stabilised asset deals in Europe and not only showcases the firm's capability to manage highly complex and valuable data centre transactions but also underscores its commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients through strategic, innovative, and timely legal advice.
Linklaters successfully secured Europe Fibre Deal of the Year for advising Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on their acquisition of a 17.5% interest in NetCo, the most extensive telecoms network in Italy, for up to €2bn as part of a transaction which values the business at an enterprise value of approximately €18.8bn. Linklaters’ involvement in such a significant telecommunications transaction highlights the firm’s commitment to advising on high-impact, transformational projects globally that will define the sector.
