NEP/NZT
Linklaters has advised the lenders on the debt financing for the Net Zero Teesside Power (NZT Power) and Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) projects, located in Teesside, UK, which are the first carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects in the UK.
Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC)
Linklaters advised Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) on the procurement and financial close of four greenfield combined cycle gas-fired independent power projects (IPPs) in the Taiba and Qassim regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The total of four projects, with a capacity of 1.8GW each, have an estimated combined value of approximately US$7.338bn.
BNZ
Linklaters had advised BNZ, a company under Nuveen, on Europe's pioneering multi-country Total Integrated Photovoltaic Project Financing (TIPPF). The project involves a €680 million financing arrangement for a solar PV portfolio of more than 1.7 GW in Southern Europe.

Linklaters has advised a group of 18 lenders to the BRAVO4 consortium consisting of BESIX Group, EPICo, I4B, RID PPP (Rebel and Abrdn) and Stadsbader on the > EUR 1bn project financing of the R4WO project, a public private partnership (PPP) tendered by De Werkvennootschap (the Flemish region's agency for major infrastructure projects) aimed at rejuvenating Ghent’s ringway.
Changhua 4
Linklaters has advised Ørsted, a global leader in offshore wind power, on its equity divestment of a 50% stake in and stapled financing arrangements of its 583MW Greater Changhua 4 offshore wind project in Taiwan to Cathay Life Insurance, the leading insurance company in Taiwan.
Project Amiral
Linklaters has advised SACE, KEXIM, K-SURE, JBIC, CESCE, Euler Hermes, Bpifrance AE and the commercial lenders on the US$15bn financing of the petrochemical complex (sponsored by Saudi Aramco and Total) which is scheduled to begin operations in 2027.
