Dr. Alexander Schlee

Alexander represents corporates and financial institutions on international corporate finance transactions. He has specialist expertise in debt capital instruments, including corporate bonds, convertible and exchangeable bonds, hybrid bonds and high yield bonds, as well as in equity capital markets, including IPOs, rights issues, block trades, spin-offs and secondary offerings.

Alexander studied law at the University of Heidelberg.

He speaks English and German.
