Overview
Bo is an associate in the litigation, arbitration, and investigations department of the Brussels Office.
She has a strong interest in the restructuring and insolvency business, as well as post-M&A disputes. She closely monitors new legislative developments, particularly in relation to the new Civil Code and Criminal Code, B2B and B2C legislation, and company law.
She welcomes challenges eagerly, seeing them as opportunities to learn and continually enhance her abilities.

Bo represents and advises a wide range of national and international clients on a variety of topics:
- Representing an insurance company in post-M&A disputes, involving fraud claims
- Representing an industrial company in post-arbitration disputes
- Representing a pharmaceutical company in arbitration proceedings
- Advising and representing financial and corporate creditors and debtors in judicial reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings
- Advising national and international clients on new legislation or legislative changes
Professional experience
Education and qualifications
Bo holds a Master in Criminology and a Master in Law from Ghent University, both obtained summa cum laude. During her final year, she also participated in the Think & Talk Honours Programme.
Bo studied for 5 months in Finland (Helsinki), where she enrolled in an International Business Law Programme, primarily focusing on international arbitration and environmental litigation.
