Cyrielle joined the Tax practice of Linklaters Luxembourg in 2016, having previously gained professional experience in the Tax department of a top name international company and law firm. 

Cyrielle focuses on tax law and is advising on cross-border acquisitions as well as restructuring transactions.

Work highlights
  • CACEIS: advising on the €1.8 billion acquisition of RBC Investors Services Bank S.A. The Luxembourg Tax team ensured the cross-border transactions had no adverse tax consequences.
  • Pontegadea Luxembourg SARL: advising on the €170m acquisition of an SPV holding a prime building in Luxembourg City, conducting due diligence on direct and indirect tax aspects (including VAT) and assisting in the SPA negotiations.
  • Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG): advising on the Luxembourg tax structuring on numerous acquisitions, including management incentive programmes, assisting with the funding and advising on a tax efficient repatriation of exit proceeds.
  • Triton Partners: advising on the partial divestment of Triton and management from RENK by way of a private placement, valued around €500 million, and listing of RENK Group AG on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
  • Antin Infrastructure Partners: advising a French leading private equity fund focused on infrastructure investments, on the formation of a joint venture vehicle with Scandinavian Enviro Systems and the support of Michelin aimed at establishing end-of-life tires recycling plants across Europe, with a total capacity to recycle up to one million tons of end-of-life tires annually by 2030 to accelerate the circular economy in the tires industry. The first plant, located in Sweden, is expected to be fully operational by 2025.
  • A global investment manager: advising on the envisaged reshuffling of its Luxembourg substance through the implementation of global employment contracts and conducting a comprehensive critical assessment of its operating model from both regulatory and tax perspectives.
  • A fund management company: advising on the launch of its first fund financing vehicle, enhancing the client's private credit offering. From a Luxembourg tax perspective, this notably involved addressing anti-hybrid and beneficial ownership issues to build a robust structure, including the underlying investment platform.
