Overview
Dan advises banks, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a range of complex cross-border structured financings. He has a particular focus on fund liquidity products including NAV financing, margin lending and bespoke asset-backed financings. His experience includes delivering tailored financing solutions over a diverse range of asset classes, including listed shares, private equity interests, loan interests, bonds and contractual rights.
Dan also has extensive experience advising both lender and borrower clients on investment grade corporate and acquisition finance transactions.
Dan developed an in-depth understanding of his clients’ commercial priorities through his secondments to the equities solutions and fund finance teams at Barclays and Citigroup.
