Dmitry Gorchakov

Dmitry advises commercial lenders, ECAs and development institutions on domestic and cross-border financial transactions in mining, chemicals and oil and gas sectors.

As a member of the Moscow banking and finance team, Dmitry focuses on various types of products, including project financings, syndicated lending, lending to investment grade corporates, restructurings, ECA-backed financings, and bridge financings.

Dmitry studied law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow) (bachelor’s degree) and Russian School of Private Law (Moscow) (master’s degree).

Dmitry speaks English and Russian.
