Henrietta is a managing associate in the corporate department of our London office. Henrietta has broad experience in cross-border public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and ECM transactions, with particular focus and recent experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Recent highlights include advising:
- CPPIB on its acquisition of a 17.5% interest in NetCo, the most extensive telecoms network in Italy, for up to €2 billion
- BlackRock on its $500m investment in Recurrent Energy, a utility-scale solar and energy storage project developer
- QIA on its joint venture partnership with Enel Green Power to build and operate renewable plants in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Yunneng Wind Power Co Ltd (a major Taiwanese offshore wind farm) on its recapitalisation and restructuring of its EUR2.9bn debt
- Ontario Teaches Pension Plan on the establishment of Corio, its global offshore wind development platform with Macquarie
- Vodafone on the separation of its towers business across 10 countries to form Vantage Towers and the subsequent €12bn IPO of Vantage Towers on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
- Rothesay on Blackstone’s exit, valuing the business at nearly £6bn
- Vistry Group (formerly Bovis Homes Group on its acquisition of the house building and partnerships businesses of Galliford Try for shares and cash and the related equity and debt financings
- Charter Court on its £1.5bn recommended all-share combination with fellow challenger bank (and fellow specialist lender), OneSavings Bank
- Unilever on the €7bn carve-out sale of its global spreads business to KKR
