Overview
Hida joined the Luxembourg Linklaters mainstream corporate practice in May 2022.
Hida focuses mainly on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises major international corporations on their general corporate affairs, migrations, cross-border transactions, and also advises on joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate reorganizations, financings, and re-financings.
Prior to joining Linklaters Luxembourg, Hida practiced for 10 years in the Luxembourg and New York offices of a Benelux law firm. She started her career in the Luxembourg office of another Benelux law firm and then worked for three years in the corporate department of an independent Luxembourg law firm.
Education and qualifications
She holds a Post-Graduate diploma in Luxembourg law (Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois) from the University of Luxembourg, and a master degree in Business Law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France.
She is fluent in English, French and Turkish.
