Ivan has extensive experience of advising both Russian and international clients on the most complex private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings as well as providing general Russian law corporate advice.
He focuses on corporate deals in IP- and IT-heavy sectors, most importantly Fintech and Technology, and in recent years has advised on some of the landmark transactions in this sphere in the Russian market.
Education and qualifications
Ivan studied law at Moscow State University (Moscow) and Russian School of Private Law (Moscow) and obtained a PhD in Law from Moscow State University (Moscow).
