Overview
Jack is a commercial litigator, predominantly engaged in contentious restructuring and insolvency scenarios, but also in general commercial litigation. Jack has litigated in most of the divisions / sub-divisions and specialist lists within the High Court, and at every level from the County Court up to the Supreme Court. Jack’s main non-practice sector focus is the technology sector, and he has advised on a number of contentious scenarios arising from high-impact distressed technology / transformational projects, and other technology disputes.
Professional experience
Jack has been a qualified solicitor in private practice for over nine years. Immediately prior to joining Linklaters, Jack was a dispute resolution associate at an international law firm headquartered in London, where he acquired the Higher Rights (civil) accreditation.
Education and qualifications
Jack obtained his BA in law from Cambridge University.

Jack’s recent published work includes co-authoring articles in the Corporate Rescue and Insolvency Journal (“Double-shot decision-making: High Court rejects challenge to Caffè Nero’s CVA”), and in Lexis PSL (“winding up a company in an investment bank special administration (Re Beaufort Asset Clearing Services)”).
