Overview
Ninab’s experience includes advising Swedish and international banks, major Nordic private equity investors, and large corporates in various large-scale international acquisitions, leverage finance transactions, real estate finance, and general banking lending. Ninab also works on financial regulatory issues, including the regulation of banks, funds and securities institutes.
