Ryo advises on international capital markets transactions, including international offerings of debt, equity, convertible bonds and other equity-linked products under Regulation S, medium term note programmes and liability management. Working in collaboration with the firm’s U.S. law-qualified practitioners, Ryo’s experience also covers Rule 144A offerings.
Education and qualifications
Ryo holds a B.A. (Economics) and a J.D. from the University of Tokyo. He is dual qualified in England & Wales and in Japan.
