Overview

Vincent is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity groups. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Vincent spent four years working at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. 

Work highlights:

Vincent has been an advisor on major PE and M&A transactions over the last few years. These include advising*:

  •  The shareholders of Terreal (incl. Park Square Capital) on the €600m sale of Terreal to Wienerberger.
  • CVC on the €2.0bn sale of April to KKR. 
  • Future French Champions (Bpifrance/Qatar Investment Authority joint-venture) on its investment in Innovafeed.
  • Seven2 on the €300m acquisition of Vitaprotech from Eurazeo.
  • Ardian on the €900m acquisition of Odealim alongside TA Associates. 
  • Providence Strategic Growth on the acquisition of Javelo and Universign.
  • Sagard on the €305m sale of Stokomani to Groupe Zouari.
  • Altarea on the aborted €2.1bn acquisition of Primonial.
  • Aresia (HLD-backed) on the €135m acquisition of Alkan.
  • Eurazeo on the sale of Groupe C2S to Elsan.
  • Vallourec on its 2021 €3.5bn financial restructuring.

Education and qualifications

Vincent is a member of the Paris bar. 

He graduated from the French business school HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in 2017. He also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2017.

He speaks French, English and Portuguese.
