Overview
Wouter is a junior associate in the firm’s Belgian Corporate & Finance practice, based in Antwerp. Wouter assists a broad spectrum of clients, both listed and non-listed, on all matters of corporate law, with a particular focus on public and private M&A, private equity and equity capital markets.
Professional experience
Before joining Linklaters, Wouter worked as a junior associate at a large US law firm.
Education and qualifications
Wouter holds a Bachelors and Masters of Law from Ghent University. During this time, he also studied abroad at the University of Helsinki.
