Welcome to our Spring 2021 edition of Investor Agenda.
Appropriately, now the transitional period has expired, we have a distinctly "Brexit−y" feel to this edition, with three articles highlighting small changes (but potentially significant where they are relevant) to the investment regulatory backdrop for pension schemes, which are each directly or indirectly a consequence of Brexit.
We also include a more in-depth discussion of the Government’s response to consultation on scheme processes and disclosures related to ESG, setting out what trustees are likely to have to do in the near future in this regard. A topic which becomes more prevalent and more important for Trustees by the day…
