Welcome to our Summer Edition of Investor Agenda, we hope you will find this topical and useful.

The key update in this edition relates to HM Treasury’s consultation on UK Solvency II reform, which could be of material significance to the many pension funds likely to be looking at de-risking through insurance products in the medium term.

We also have another development on the climate risk front with publication of the IIGCC Net Zero Stewardship Toolkit and a reminder of autumn deadlines for TCFD compliance as well as a brief update on the progress of the RPI judicial review case which should be heard shortly, although judgment may not be issued until the autumn. So make the most of the summer, as there may be a busy autumn ahead for our pension fund clients.
