Welcome to our Spring Edition of Trustee Agenda.
Following the coming into force last year of the new funding regime for defined benefit schemes, our first article delves into the detail of the employer covenant aspects of the new requirements. We focus in particular on how trustees should approach contingent assets (such as guarantees) in this context.
Our second article looks at pensions dashboards. We consider the current state of play and outline what trustees should be doing now in preparation for connection. With the largest schemes required to connect in less than two months, there is no time to delay.
