After a break over the summer, our Webinar Series on the UPC returned. There have been some developments over the summer, most notably, the nominations for the UPC judges have been made – although not published yet – and the Rules of Procedure are now final.
With fall upon us, the timeline for the start of the UPC is becoming more and more specific. Its launch can finally be expected in 2023.
