DCM Training Programme for Junior Bankers 2025
Session 4: Due Diligence and OC Disclosure
Linklaters cordially invited you to attend the 2025 series of our DCM Training Programme for Junior Bankers. This year, we enhanced the programme with new content to reflect recent market trends and legal developments. It was a truly informative and engaging learning journey!
The programme offered an in-depth introduction to Debt Capital Markets transactions, covering key topics such as Bonds and MTNs, Execution Timetable and Documentation, PRC Offshore Bond Structures, Due Diligence and OC Disclosure, as well as key trends for the year. While the content was specifically tailored for junior bankers, all interested professionals were welcome to attend.
The series took place over five consecutive Thursdays, from 6 March to 3 April 2025, with all sessions conducted in English, followed by networking drinks held at our Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
Registration for all sessions was open. Invitations for the networking drinks were sent out.
