Parker Review: Nearly all FTSE 100 companies met the “One by 2021” target

The Parker Review, which works towards greater ethnic diversity in UK business, has published the results of its latest survey of FTSE 350 boards. Overall, the 2022 report notes that encouraging progress has been made since initial targets were set five years ago. Nearly all FTSE 100 companies met the target of having one minority ethnic director by the end of 2021, and over half of the FTSE 250 are already meeting this target three years before their 2024 deadline.
