UK EMIR – new reporting requirements finalised
The FCA and Bank of England have jointly published a Policy Statement on changes to reporting requirements, procedures for data quality, and registration of trade repositories under UK EMIR. The changes, as they apply to reporting entities, will apply from 30 September 2024.
