New law on moral harassment

On 9 April 2023, the Law of 29 March 2023, amending the Luxembourg Labour Code to introduce a mechanism of protection against moral harassment in the context of employment relationships (the "Law") came into force. 

The Law introduces Articles L. 246-1 to L. 246-7 into the Luxembourg Labour Code, which include a definition of moral harassment; a series of obligations for the employer and a series of remedies for the employee.
