EU MiFID II/MiFIR Review: ESMA finalises RTS on order execution policies

ESMA has submitted its final report on draft RTS on investment firms’ order execution policies to the European Commission. The objective of the draft RTS is to provide clarity and to harmonise the criteria which firms are obliged to take into account when they establish and assess their order execution policies.
