Linklaters advise Modulaire Group and TDR Capital on $5bn. sale to Brookfield Business Partners

Linklaters has advised Modulaire Group and TDR Capital on the $5bn sale of the company to Brookfield Business Partners.

Modulaire Group is a global leader in infrastructure services, specialising in modular services. The company creates smart spaces for people to live, work and learn. The business is designed to help customers find the right space solution, no matter what their requirements. It has operations in 25 countries with approximately 259,000 modular space and portable storage units and 3,400 remote accommodations rooms.

Brookfield is acquiring Modulaire from its shareholders which includes investment funds managed by TDR, a leading UK-based private equity firm.
