Linklaters advises Echo Investment on the sale of the Moje Miejsce I office building in Warsaw

Linklaters has advised Echo Investment, the largest Polish developer, on the sale of an office building, being a part of the Moje Miejsce complex, to an institutional investor operating in the real estate market. The sale price was EUR 47.3 million.

The Moje Miejsce I office building is part of the Moje Miejsce complex located in Lower Mokotów in Warsaw. The complex has multifunctional character, combining office buildings, apartments, service points and public space. Moje Miejsce I office building offers nearly 19,000 sqm of leasable space, is BREEAM certified, and its tenants include, among others, Havas Group, Mastercard, Hebe, Corteva, and CitySpace.

The transaction was led by Monika Lerka (managing associate) supported by Katarzyna Grodzka (associate) and Filip Witaszek (associate) from Warsaw real estate practice. The transaction team also included Michał Mieciński (counsel) and Szymon Sieniewicz (senior associate).
