Linklaters advises NREP on the acquisition of a majority stake in 7R, one of Poland’s largest logistics developers
Linklaters has advised Nrep, the leading Northern European real estate investor managing assets worth more than EUR 19 billion, on the acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R SA (“7R”), one of Poland’s largest logistics developers. Nrep invests approximately EUR 200 million into the company.
7R is a dynamically growing developer headquartered in Poland. It operates in the commercial real estate market, providing A-class warehouses for rent. 7R offers a full cross section of space, including big box facilities as well as Build-to-Suit and urban warehouses. Its portfolio comprises 36 assets, with the area of 1.8 million sqm. It also has a strong development pipeline of 2.3 million sqm.
With the investment, 7R will accelerate its growth, and Nrep will gain a strong logistics platform in Poland, expanding its logistics portfolio to 4.2 million sqm across six countries.
The transaction was led by Monika Lerka (managing associate) and Tomasz Trystuła (managing associate) from Warsaw real estate practice.
