Linklaters advises Horse Group S.à r.l. on the sale of properties in Częstochowa, Kielce, Poznań, and Tychy

Linklaters has advised Horse Group S.à r.l., a company involved in investments, real estate management, and advisory services, on the conclusion of preliminary sales agreements for properties located in Częstochowa, Kielce, Poznań, and Tychy, with a total value of PLN 106 million. Approximately 2,415 residential units are to be constructed on the sites of the sold properties. The purchasers of the property are four subsidiaries of Murapol S.A.

Murapol Capital Group offers residential and investment apartments in 15 cities, both in Poland’s largest residential markets, including Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City and the Silesian agglomeration, as well as in regional cities such as Bydgoszcz and Toruń.
