Linklaters advises on doValue’s pivotal high yield bond financing
Linklaters has advised the syndicate of arrangers and initial purchasers in connection with doValue’s pivotal €300m high yield bond offering to support the refinancing of its existing debt following the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Italian credit management company Gardant S.p.A.
doValue is a leading provider of strategic financial services in Southern Europe, particularly in Italy, Spain, Greece and Cyprus, and is publicly listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
The Linklaters team advising on the U.S. and New York law aspects of the high yield bond issuance was led by high yield partner Giacomo Reali, together with U.S. counsel James Simpson and U.S. associates Anu Akinbamidele and Dami Banire.
The Linklaters team advising on the Italian capital markets and banking matters of the transaction was led by partners Ugo Orsini and Diego Esposito, together with counsel Marco Carrieri and Francesco Eugenio Pasello, as well as associate Sara Giugiario.
