Linklaters launches new Neurodiversity support package
Linklaters is pleased to announce that a new Neurodiversity Assessment and Support Service has been rolled out to colleagues in the UK. The firm is an early adopter of this new pathway offered by AXA and available under the firm’s AXA Private Medical Insurance benefits.
The service offers individuals and their eligible family members an initial needs assessment and further specialist assessment and early support for autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia.
Alison Wilson, Divisional Practice Head and Diversability Executive Committee Champion at Linklaters:
“The feedback for the neurodiversity assessment and support service has been overwhelmingly positive. We are committed to ensuring that everyone at Linklaters has the access to the adjustments and support needed to thrive. It is having diverse thinkers around every table that enables us to come up with innovative solutions to the most complex problems for clients.”
Chris Holt, Chief Finance Officer and Diversability Executive Committee Champion at Linklaters:
“Securing an appointment and diagnosis for neurodiversity can be a very stressful and arduous process. Our hope is that individuals who are struggling with accessing help for a neurodiverse condition can utilise this service and feel fully supported at Linklaters in achieving their ambitions.”
