Delphine Horn

Delphine is a consultant in the Luxembourg office’s capital markets and banking group. She has broad experience of all areas of financing, including banking (credit and Luxembourg security structures), project finance and structured finance, and of capital markets, primarily concentrating on debt instruments. She also has special expertise in structured products, repackaging, the establishment of programmes and stand-alones, fiduciary issues, securitisation transactions and associated listing and regulatory questions. 

Delphine also occupies the function of knowledge lawyer acting as an ambassador by encouraging contribution, development and sharing of knowledge; taking care of client updates in relation to current legal developments and participating in client knowhow development.
