Donard is a Managing Associate in the M&A Corporate practice in Stockholm. He has comprehensive experience with cross-border M&A, carve-out transactions and capital markets. Donard regularly advises clients such as international and domestic financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate clients. Donard holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University, including an exchange semester at Bond University, and has also studied Economics at Stockholm University.
