Work highlights include advising on:
- an international car rental business’s divestment of its car rental business in Brazil, including a long-term trade mark licensing agreement for co-branding, and its investment in, and strategic cooperation with, a major Chinese car rental company, including a brand cooperation agreement

transactions involving complicated intellectual property separation issues for large multinational organisations, including financial institutions

complex copyright issues including those arising out of the establishment of an internet trading platform; use of third party copyright works in internal and external communications; and the implications for clients of a range of legal developments including the EU Copyright Directive
- computerised and internet gaming issues and disputes
- a broad range of intellectual property issues in the administrations of Lehman Brothers and Waterford Wedgwood, among others
