Koto specialises in structured finance and derivatives transactions. She advises on a variety of structured products and provides regulatory advice to both Japanese and international clients.

Koto is actively involved in repackage transactions. She advises on various documents used for swap transactions (using the ISDA template). She also works on amendment agreements made to existing documentation following the financial benchmark reforms.
