Ninorta is part of Linklaters' Corporate M&A practice in Stockholm and has experience with private and public M&A, corporate restructurings, capital markets and company law. Clients include international and domestic corporate clients, private equity firms and financial institutions.

  • The co-lead investors Altor, GIC, Hy24 and Just Climate: advising on the c.€1.5bn private placement in H2 Green Steel.
  • Aurelius: advising on the carve-out and sale of Nedis Group to Commaxx Group.
  • Macquarie Capital and Giant BidCo: advising in connection with a recommended public takeover of Byggfakta.
     

Professional experience

Ninorta started her career at Linklaters in 2020 as a Legal Researcher. She returned as a Summer Associate in 2021 and has been an Associate with the firm since February 2023.

Ninorta holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Örebro University.
