Yosuke Unami

Yosuke specialises in financial markets regulation and structured finance-related matters. He regularly advises major domestic & overseas banks as well as securities companies on regulatory issues and market transactions, including derivatives transactions. He also has a wide range of experience with respect to settlement-related systems such as custody, securities settlement, central clearing and cross-border funds transfer, and advises on establishment of market infrastructures.

Yosuke is the member of Japan Association of the Law of Finance and Japan Association of the Law of Trust and serves the member of Financial Law Board (from 2018).

Yosuke has a LL.B. degree from Keio University in 2004 and holds a LL.M. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2014.
