EBA and ESMA review of EU Remuneration Rules – Virtual Discussion Forum

The EBA and ESMA have launched a review of the Remuneration Rules under the EU IFD, AIFMD and UCITS V regimes, through a consultation that is open until 3 September 2024. 

We are holding a Virtual Discussion Forum for our clients, to provide an opportunity to discuss and share thoughts on the consultation with other firms across the EU. This will be of interest to firms affected by the IFD, AIFMD and UCITS Remuneration Rules, as well as those who may consider responding to the consultation.  

The Forum will be held under Chatham House Rule to encourage free-flowing discussion.
