Unlocking opportunities: The EU Listing Act explained
A political agreement has been reached on the EU Listing Act.
The EU Listing Act is part of a wider package of reforms aimed at progressing the EU’s Capital Markets Union and making it easier for companies to list equity on EU public markets.
It will amend (in particular) the Prospectus Regulation and the Market Abuse Regulation and will be relevant to all market participants, including both debt and equity issuers. Such changes are expected to apply from H2 2024 / 2025.
