Andreas Hofheinz

Andreas specialises in M&A transactions, restructuring and joint ventures. He has a particular focus on advising investors and utilities in the energy and renewables sector.

Work Highlights

• Ongoing advice in the context of corporate transactions on both the seller and buyer sides, in particular carrying out legal due diligence and preparing transaction documents
•  Ongoing advice on energy projects, especially in the area of photovoltaic and gas systems, with particular consideration of regulatory requirements
• Ongoing advice to various companies on commercial and corporate law, for example in connection with the development of gas infrastructures, including invoice disputes
• Advising TPG Rise Climate and investor GlC on the acquisition of Techem Group

Andreas has been working as an Associate at Linklaters since 2024.

From 2019 to 2023 he worked at international law firms as a Research Associate, inter alia in the area of corporate law/M&A.

Since 2023 Andreas is also a Lecturer at Kiss Akademie in Berlin.

Andreas studied law in Berlin, Rome and Lisbon (LL.M.).

From July 2023 to December 2023 he worked as a Legal Assistant at Linklaters.

He speaks German, English, Italian and Portuguese.
