Pathik Gandhi

Pathik has a wide range of experience advising arranging banks, credit funds, financial sponsors and corporates across the credit spectrum on leveraged and acquisition financings (both syndicated and private debt), infrastructure financings, NAV financings and restructurings.

He has a particular focus on sponsor-backed and cross-border leveraged finance and acquisition financing structures, having worked on several covenant-lite TLB financings, direct lending / unitranche structures, infrastructure financings, NAV financings, bridge financings, public acquisition financings, bank / bond financing structures and financial restructurings.

• finance parties in relation to KKR’s investments in Albioma, Wella Group, Great Bear Healthcare, Axel Springer, Reintel and OVH Groupe
• finance parties in relation to Carlyle’s investments in Ocmis, Irritec, Dainese, Schaltbau and Hexaware
• finance parties in relation Blackstone’s investment in Autostrade per l'Italia
• finance parties in relation to EQT’s investment in LimaCorporate
• finance parties on various cov-lite financings for the Nomad Group and the Paysafe Group
• finance parties in relation to Apax’s investment in Solita
• finance parties in relation to Astorg’s investments in Corden Pharma and Corialis
• the SoftBank Vision Fund on several of their financing arrangements
• restructurings such as those of SIG plc, London Southend Airport, Addison Lee and the EnerMech group
