Sebastian has specialist experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. He provides advise to executive board members and supervisory board members on annual general meetings as well as on factual situations.

Work highlights

• Allgeier SE: advice on the reorganization of the group and the spin-off of Nagarro with subsequent listing
• Cancom SE: advice on the squeeze-out of the minority shareholders of Pironet AG including subsequent action for lack of resolution and appraisal proceedings
• TeamViewer SE: advice on the change of legal form into an European Company (SE) and various share buyback programs
• H&F/Blackstone: advice on takeover offer for Scout24 SE
• Brenntag SE: advice on stock corporation and capital markets law, in particular on shareholders' meetings and corporate governance issues

Sebastian has been working at Linklaters since 2023.

Sebastian studied German Law at the University of Bonn.
