Linklaters advises on the establishment of Aguas Andinas’ medium-term notes program and initial offering
Represents first international offering of sustainable notes by Aguas Andinas
Linklaters acted as deal counsel on the establishment of Aguas Andinas S.A.’s Medium-Term Notes Program and offering of its AUD 6.82% Fixed Rate Notes due 2037 and JPY 2.16% Fixed Rate Notes due 2037. The proceeds will be used by Aguas Andinas S.A. in accordance with its Green and Social Bond Framework. The Notes were offered pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
Aguas Andinas S.A. is the largest water and sewage company in Chile and the establishment of the program represents the opening for the company of a new financing source.
The Linklaters deal team was led by partner Conrado Tenaglia and counsel Alejandro Gordano alongside associate Juan Mata, and foreign attorney Mario Lercari.
