Linklaters advises Thomson Reuters in connection with a recommended public takeover of Pagero

On 11 January 2024, Thomson Reuters, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Thomson Reuters Finance, announced a recommended public takeover of Pagero. The shares in Pagero are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Growth Market. The offer values all shares in Pagero at SEK 6.4 billion.

Linklaters has advised Thomson Reuters in connection with the takeover.
