Linklaters Expands U.S. Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Practice with Hire of Ron I. Erlichman
Linklaters is pleased to announce that Ron I. Erlichman has joined the firm as a partner and Head of Energy & Infrastructure in the Americas, based in New York.
Ron advises lenders, sponsors, private investment funds and developers on all phases of the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy and carbon neutrality projects. He also advises on matters related to the purchase and sale of these projects and interests therein, including tax equity investments in renewable projects.

Linklaters is at the forefront of the market advising on the development and financing of complex, large-scale projects, highly structured transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sector across the globe, in particular in connection with renewable and carbon transition projects.

Ron's arrival from Sidley Austin LLP follows the recent additions of Peter Williams and Joseph Gambino, who joined the firm’s Capital Markets Group as Structured Finance and Derivatives partners in New York in July 2022; Andrew Gaines, who joined the firm's Employment & Incentives Group as a partner and U.S. Head of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits in New York in June 2022; and Don Waack who joined the firm's Financial Regulation Group as a partner in Washington, D.C. in June 2022.
