Linklaters becomes the first international law firm to receive Human Rights Award from Thailand’s Ministry of Justice
Linklaters has been awarded the Human Rights Award 2022 (Outstanding Achievements) from the Thai Ministry of Justice. This accreditation recognises the firm as a role model organisation for its best practices to mitigate and prevent the adverse human rights impacts of the firm’s business and supply chain. Linklaters is the first and only international law firm in Thailand to have won this award.
Linklaters is committed to fostering a working environment that both respects and protects human rights. The Thai Ministry of Justice Human Rights Award highlights the human rights work undertaken by the public sector, state enterprises and the private sector, including non-profit organisations, in Thailand, for sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness. The award criteria is based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, as well as the Thailand National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights.
