• Aurelius: advising on the sale of Distrelec Group to RS Group with an enterprise value of approximately EUR 365m.
• Carrier Global Corporation: advising in connection with the €12bn acquisition of the Climate Solutions Business of Viessmann Group.

• Marguerite solar PV development platform: advising on the €60m structuring and launching of an investment platform dedicated to greenfield solar photovoltaic projects with the aim to establish a portfolio of over 2 GW of developed and in-development projects in six years.

• Montagu Private Equity: advising on the sale of a minority interest in Universal Investment Group to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
• SV SparkassenVersicherung Holding: advising on the acquisition of 24,95% of shares in TransnetBW from EnBW. We were responsible for the tax law and financing advise.

Amelie has been working at Linklaters since 2022. 

Previously she was active as lawyer in the field of white-collar and tax criminal law.

Amelie studied Law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Bologna and earned her doctorate from the University of Mannheim.

She was admitted to the bar in 2021 and as a tax advisor in 2025.

She speaks German, English and French.
