Overview
Burc is a senior associate in Linklaters’ capital markets practice. He has broad experience advising underwriters and issuers, including sovereigns, on domestic and international equity and debt securities offerings, liability management exercises as well as SEC reporting and compliance matters. He also advises on the capital markets aspects of other transactions, including margin loans, and was previously based in Linklaters’ London office.
Experience highlights
- Unilever: advising across a range of transactions, including its SEC-registered notes offerings and SEC-related matters following unification of its dual-headed structure.
- Union Acquisition Corp II: advising on its business combination with Crynssen Pharma Group Ltd., resulting in a newly formed combined entity, Procaps Group, S.A.
- Vodafone: adivisng on its SEC-registered debt shelf and liability management exercises.
- National Grid subsidiaries: advising on their U.S. notes offerings.
- Swedbank: advising on its MTN program and 144A debt offerings.
- Hungary: advising on its SEC-registered notes offerings and liability management transactions.
