• The co-lead investors Altor, GIC, Hy24 and Just Climate on the c.€1.5bn private placement in H2 Green Steel
• The underwriting banks in relation to the IPO of Hemnet on Nasdaq Stockholm
• The private equity arm of an international investment bank on its role as lead investor for a consortium’s USD 1bn equity investment into the lithium-ion battery manufacturer Northvolt
• ASSA ABLOY on the sale of its Nordic locksmith business CERTEGO to Nalka Invest
• Corem Property Group AB (publ) on its acquisition of Klövern AB (publ)
• Euroclear Bank SA/NV on its acquisition of MFEX Holding AB

Donard started his career at Linklaters in 2019 as a Summer Associate. He has been an Associate with the firm 2020-2021 and since 2022.

Donard holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University, including an exchange semester at Bond University, and has also studied Economics at Stockholm University.

Donard speaks Swedish, English and Albanian.
