Lova is part of Linklaters' Corporate M&A practice in Stockholm and has experience with private and public M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, capital markets and company law. Clients include private equity firms, corporate clients and financial institutions.

• team.blue NV: advising on its acquisition of Loopia Group.
• The private equity arm of an international investment bank: advising on its role as lead investor various equity investment into the lithium-ion battery manufacturer Northvolt.
• BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited: advising on the acquisition of an industrial property.

• Panasonic: advising on its acquisition of Swedish Systemair’s AC business.
• Ørsted: advising on its investment into Liquid Wind AB’s FlagshipONE e-methanol project.

Lova holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University, including an exchange semester at Australian National University and an exchange semester at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III.
